Southeast Bend Oregon has some of the best remaining acreages and small ranchettes available anywhere in Central Oregon that are still within relatively short distance to all of the amenities of Bend and the local recreation. Many of the neighborhoods in this area offer large 1-2.5 acre lots with a private, country feel, but can grow up to 80 acre working farms. Much of the southeast region property comes with irrigation rights and result is a lush beautiful countryside. Cattle, sheep, horses, and llamas are familiar sights throughout the area.

There are also traditional neighborhoods here with smaller lots for those not interested in caring for acreage. There are thousands of acres of Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management land is very close-by for horseback riding and ATV exploration. Despite the rural feel, there are several high quality golf courses near by and downtown Bend is only 15-20 minutes away. Mountain views and mature ponderosa pines make Southeast Bend a must see.
